ELCore Columns is our range of core-shell columns that gives excellent resolution in HPLC & UHPLC format currently El-Core columns are available in 2.7μm and 5μm particle size, the unique core-shell structure that offers several benefits in comparison to fully porous particle the major benefits are increased column efficiency and significant saving in solvent consumption; sub 3μm particle addition is offers great advantage of using within HPLC systemsspecs and benefitting with UHPLC performance. Core-shell technology offers the benefits of lesser band broadening by reducing the three terms in van Demeter equation; with lesser diffusion & mass transfer i.e., A, B & C term that results in narrower band in the chromatograms.
El-Core column are available in 5 chemistries including the C18 polar embedded phase that meets the demand of using 100 aqueous mobile phase.
